Belaws is a legal tech platform providing legal, corporate, accounting and compliance services in Southeast Asia. Our corporate partner is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join and support its fast growing team in Thailand.

General Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice for any policy/regulations/laws related matters in Thailand; drafting, reviewing and amending agreements.
- Analyze, prepare and register the requested licenses and authorizations to operate business.
- Provide legal advice, opinion and draft to clients as necessary.
- Provide information to Partners and business consultants if requested.
- Legal research, monitoring updates in the laws and regulations.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and perform related duties as required.
Corporate Responsibilities
- Advising foreign investors on setting up business and operating business in Thailand.
- Preparing applications for company registration under various business licenses, BOI, Foreign Business License and Amity Treaty
- Analyze, prepare and register the requested licenses and authorizations to operate business.
- Drafting and reviewing business agreements and various legal documents.
- Report to: Managing Partner
Job Qualifications
- Thai Nationality.
- Thai Lawyer license.
- Bachelor or master degree in law.
- Experience over 3 years in the law firm and well-known company.
- Excellent English business communication skills, especially speaking and writing.
- Curious about legal tech and willing to be part of the new way of providing legal services in South East Asia
- Dedicated to providing superior quality client services and commitment to teamwork.
- Familiar with multinational firms preferred.
- Outstanding time management and project/case management skills with work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of computer literacy especially in MS Office and the internet.
