This status allows such companies to benefit from a tax exemption, meaning they are not subject to Hong Kong&#8217;s profits tax on income earned outside the territory.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-m29vxt7k-8a82e83ae9edf2668ccefc54a69f4f34'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock text_16'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it must be noted that obtaining offshore status can be complex and may require significant effort in terms of documentation and compliance.
