l'int\u00e9r\u00eat public et\/ou adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des trait\u00e9s internationaux.<\/li>\n<li>Ceux qui traitent des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel dans le cadre de proc\u00e9dures transfrontalier de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Chapitre III : Droits de la personne concern\u00e9e - Exigences et crit\u00e8res relatifs aux droits de la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Chapitre V : Plaintes - Exigences relatives \u00e0 l'introduction de plaintes aupr\u00e8s du Bureau de la Commission de la protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Chapitre VI : Responsabilit\u00e9 civile - Conditions relatives \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 civile d'un responsable du traitement des donn\u00e9es ou d'un sous-traitant.<\/li>\n<li>Chapitre VII : Sanctions - Sanctions administratives et p\u00e9nales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Les contr\u00f4leurs de donn\u00e9es qui agissent en relation avec des demandes gouvernementales aux fins suivantes :<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l6ndh809-14999a804b8b7c10756b8fc3b7c87666'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock text_16'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'\u00c9tat et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les op\u00e9rations exempt\u00e9es comprennent les activit\u00e9s dont l'objectif est de promouvoir et de sauvegarder la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'\u00c9tat, le renseignement et les informations relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale, ainsi que les efforts visant \u00e0 maintenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fiscale et \u00e9conomique et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pr\u00e9vention et la r\u00e9pression de certaines activit\u00e9s criminelles, telles que le blanchiment d'argent, le trafic de stup\u00e9fiants, les menaces transnationales et le terrorisme, la criminalit\u00e9 transnationale et la traite des \u00eatres humains, les activit\u00e9s visant \u00e0 promouvoir la lutte contre la corruption ou les efforts en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, et les actions relatives \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 publique, \u00e0 l'assainissement pour pr\u00e9venir les \u00e9pid\u00e9mies et \u00e0 la protection de la vie, de la sant\u00e9 et des biens publics sont \u00e9galement exempt\u00e9es du PDPA.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l6ucxfbm-f0c1b48b19a1108c42322a458a126545'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock text_16'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Fiscalit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s exon\u00e9r\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 comprennent la collecte des imp\u00f4ts relevant de la responsabilit\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement des revenus, du d\u00e9partement des douanes ou du d\u00e9partement des accises.
