include:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thai government bonds,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real estate or infrastructure mutual funds,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real estate investment trusts (REITs) and;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share capital of Board of Investment (BOI) promoted entities (or businesses eligible for BOI promotion).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l9xxoqnx-7569d7466a1f773329cda6280b015d08'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock text_16'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualifying investments must be made before applying for land ownership and must remain in place for at least three years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the application qualifications have been met, the application for land ownership and the supporting documents (including a certificate of investment issued by the relevant authorities) will be reviewed\u00a0 and approved by the Director General of the Land Department and the Minister of Interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section
