barrier to employing foreign staff and is a huge advantage to a <a href=\"https:\/\/belaws.com\/thailand\/legal\/boi-promotion\/\">BOI<\/a> promotion.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-leckn1jr-c9f145dd52cd4fb00625844015a5fac7'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock In that case, this company will be considered a US-majority-owned company. US-majority-owned companies are eligible to apply for protection under the Treaty of Amity.
