between domestic businesses and foreign e-commerce platforms. Currently, domestic businesses in Thailand are required to charge <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">value-added tax (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">VAT (7%)) on their goods and services\u00a0 if they are registered for VAT taxation in Thailand, while low-value imports i.e. those under the threshold of 1,500 THB are exempt from this tax.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lzupa14e-efc687c5fbf1a71183619f10ae5610ef'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock text_16'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that not all companies are required to deduct VAT in Thailand.
