Should the company in question undertake a restricted activity, it must obtain a Foreign Business License (FBL) or a Foreign Business Certificate (FCT) to ensure the lawful operation of the business.
Please note Thailand’s Board of Investment offers eligible companies the opportunity to have 100% foreign ownership and avoid the complexities of the FBA. For more information, please see here.
